What you can expect

Zoom is looking for Realtime DevOps Engineers to join our Meeting Operations Team organization. You will be part of operating Zoom's high-traffic, business-critical communication systems, planning, designing, and implementing scalable network solutions for video conferencing and live streaming.

About the Team

The Meeting Operations Team at Zoom ensures the reliability and efficiency of Zoom's meeting services by monitoring performance, managing incidents, and optimizing infrastructure. They use automation, collaborate with other teams, and implement security measures to provide a seamless and secure user experience.

What we’re looking for

• Have 2- 5 years of experience as a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) or DevOps Engineer role.

• Have proficiency with Shell scripting and Linux command line utilities.

• Have excellent scripting and programming language experience: Python, Go, C++, Java.

• Have experience with automating the build process of complex production software systems.

• Experience working with CI/CD and Infrastructure-as-Code tools: Jenkins, Terraform, CloudFormation.

• Have in-depth knowledge of network stack and application networking.

• Have solid troubleshooting experience within a large scale production environment.

• Have excellent organization skill, attention to details, ability to independently prioritize tasks.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$83,700.00

Maximum:

$178,000.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
