About this role

We are looking for a Software Engineer with strong analytical skills to join our User Experience Team.  This role will be responsible for daily oversight of more junior developers on projects and supporting various development duties. The ideal candidate for this role will demonstrate skills in creativity and innovation, ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

What you will do

• Identify high-level functional and technical requirements
• Interact with project management to plan project schedules and technical direction
• Design software architecture for the cloud
• Write code and support production
• Improve the overall implementation of the software
• Keep up to date with deadlines

What you will bring

• 4 + years of development experience specializing in Full-Stack Development
• 2 + years strong API development (.NET Core or equivalent)
• 2 + years’ experience with React or VueJS
• 3 + years’ experience using SQL / NoSQL databases
• Experience designing and owning event driven data pipelines
• Strong testing capabilities (unit, integration, end to end)
• Strong ability to review code
• Strong problem solving, debugging, collaboration, and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Apollo Client, Kubernetes
• UI/UX, Visual Design
• Experience with at least one DevOps tool (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, CircleCI, etc)
• 3 + years’ experience working in Azure, AWS, or equivalent

Prescryptive is committed to fair pay practices. The projected annual salary for this position is $142,500 to $177,500.   When preparing an offer, we consider the candidates resume, experience, interview feedback, internal equity, and location.
