About the Role

根据公司营销员渠道的策略规划、修订、落实《保险营销员奖金津贴及考核晋级制度》等各项渠道基本业务制度,包括设计适合新机构开拓的制度方案,并分析制度的实施成效。

岗位职责:

1. 通过历史数据分析、未来绩效预估等各种方式开展或协助开展各项渠道业务制度的建立或修订工作,渠道业务制度包括但不限于保险营销员奖金津贴及考核晋级制度、客户关爱行动方案、各种人才计划方案、适用于新机构的业务方案等;

2. 在渠道业务制度的建立或修订过程中,需要与其他相关部门(如人力发展部、业务培训部、精算部、运营部等)沟通协作,开展定期的讨论、回顾和评估;

3. 负责准备制度修订相关的申请材料、公告通知、宣导物料等;

4. 通过业务报表、数据分析等方式,负责定期追踪和评估渠道各项业务制度的执行有效性;

5. 协助部门内部的业务系统管理团队,按需落实渠道业务制度的系统开发,实现奖金津贴计算、保单分配等的自动化;

6. 协助部门内部的业务报表和数据管理团队进行业务案例分析,复核分公司提交的业务制度方面的特批案件并为部门主管提供意见建议,协助解答分公司关于业务制度方面的疑问和咨询;

7. 完成新机构开设中业务制度建设方面的工作;

8. 参与分公司渠道内勤激励计划的设计、追踪、评估、以及必要的完善;

9. 完成部门主管或团队主管交办的其它工作。

任职要求:

1. 大学本科及以上学历,金融及相关专业的优先,英语读写能力强的优先;

2. 至少五年以上保险行业工作经验,有同业个险渠道业务制度管理经验者优先;

3. 具备良好的数据分析、信息挖掘、及解决问题的能力;

4. 具备项目管理的推动、辅导、执行、追踪能力;

5. 有良好的内外部沟通平衡能力,善于团队协作,心态积极向上;

6. 有较强的语言文字表达能力,熟练使用office办公软件,具备SQL技能的优先。
