About the Role  

  • Front-Line Brand Activation Manager will:
    • Lead transcreation, localization and real-time amplification of IMX campaigns within the region, working directly with agencies partners across ATL & BTL.
    • Support agreed annual plan through execution of BTL marketing programs inclusive of shopper/POSM, experiential, sampling and consumer promotions.
    • Execute elements of IMX as agreed with the Marketing Manager eg. Radio partnerships, KOL, Outdoor
    • Lead implementation of agreed on-pack activation, consulting with Design Lead and Design Implementation agency
    • Input into End-2-End consumer & shopper engagement strategy and identify region specific engagement opportunities
    • Support the System in Customer & Shopper marketing agenda, maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
    • Ensure all consumer facing materials are approved in a timely manner by the Brand Director, Marketing Director and local approval process.

What You’ll Do 

Experience

  • Brand activation (4-6 years)
    , but not limited to execution of samplings, events, KOL campaigns, transcreation of communication materials - can be on industry side or in account management in an agency
  • Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred

Work Focus

  • Ability to independently execute brand programs
  • Ability to identify needs for campaign localization or customization as necessary
  • Ability to provide region specific input on marketing plans (e.g. consumer / shopper insights)
  • Ability to coordinate full details (calendars, resources, metrics) of local activation with Bottlers

Communication Focus

  • Role will require frequent communication with Cluster Frontline Marketing Lead, OU category, other frontline teams, OU IMX and on occasion with C&CL teams.

Role will also interact regularly with external agencies and occasionally with our bottler.What You’ll Need
