We are looking for an outstanding compliance professional to join our fast-growing team as the Enterprise Compliance Program Manager.This role will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and managing core compliance processes to support the organization’s global compliance strategy. This position focuses on building scalable, repeatable, and standardized frameworks and processes that enable compliance operations to function efficiently and effectively across regions. Key areas of responsibility include compliance training, policy management, issue management, monitoring and testing, and reporting.

Role:

Enterprise Compliance Program Manager will develop and manage core compliance program components, ensure operational consistency, enable effective risk management, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-evolving regulatory environment for cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Design and implement enterprise-wide compliance frameworks that promote scalability, consistency, and alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Manage the lifecycle of compliance policies, including drafting, review, approval, and periodic updates; Ensure policies are accessible, well-communicated, and reflect changes in regulations or organizational priorities.
  • Develop and manage an enterprise-wide compliance training program, including onboarding and ongoing education.
  • Partner with HR and Learning & Development to deliver training that is engaging, measurable, and tailored to various audiences.
  • Monitor training completion rates and measure program effectiveness through knowledge assessments and feedback.
  • Establish and maintain an issue management process to identify, track, and resolve compliance-related incidents or gaps. Ensure timely escalation and reporting of significant compliance issues to leadership and regulators, as required.
  • Develop a risk-based compliance monitoring and testing program to evaluate adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay abreast of emerging regulatory trends and industry best practices, incorporating them into program design.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant AML experience.
  • Knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidance governing customer due diligence and related processes (for example, AML laws and regulations in Lithuania and other countries).
  • Proven expertise in managing core compliance processes, such as policy management, training, and monitoring/testing.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements, risk management principles, and compliance frameworks
  • Familiarity with governance tools, compliance management systems, and data reporting platforms.
  • Strategic mindset with a focus on scalability and standardization.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy.
  • Collaborative and adaptable, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and geographies.
