JR62374 Program Manager, Procurement Strategic Programs· This role will require high level of ownership and accountability, to work at grassroot level of data maintenance, co-ordination with teams, conflict resolution and other operational activities to meet program requirements.
· Experience in leading medium scale, cross functional value creation programs (Develop roadmap & strategy with key stakeholders, establish business requirements, execute planned deliverables, drive change management and sign-off for end-users).
· Adept in program management among highly collaborative organizational teams. Responsible for project/program governance (establishing over-arching structure, processes, and procedures to accomplish objectives), alignment (translation of vision and goals into measurable and impactful program objectives, in collaboration with internal and external partners) and management (establishing key metrics, driving accountability and actions of all stakeholders towards successful completion of objectives).
· Coordinate centralized supply risk assessments & quarterly risk reviews across Category and Supply management risk profiles.
· Identify and drive new capability projects to improve/increase supply resiliency and supply risk management.
· Proven track record of critical thinking, problem solving, logical reasoning and continuous improvement.
· The selected candidate would have an opportunity to work with various teams in Micron, including (but not limited to) Semiconductor Assembly & Test Procurement Category and Supply Operations (Materials/External Manufacturing, Supply Management, Capital), Global Procurement Central Teams, Global Risk & Compliance and Other Functions (i.e., Smart Manufacturing & Artificial Intelligence, Global Supply Chain, and Information Technology).
