We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the functioning of our strategic healthcare product launch and growth operations. Your responsibilities will include identifying key target markets, developing multi-channel business plans for sales development and product launches, conducting research, creating messaging and contributing to the revenue success of our strategic growth initiatives.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Program Development: Design and develop go to market campaigns that include goal setting, content evaluation, metric design and measurement.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to gather valuable insights, including identification of target markets, message development and customer decision processes.

  • Data Analysis: Utilize marketing analytics techniques to collect and interpret data from sources such as social media, web analytics, and Salesforce.

  • Launch Support: Assist in organizing multichannel launch activities, both traditional and digital, and continuously coordinate promotional activity with Marketing.

  • Content Creation: Compose and post online content on our company’s website and social media accounts regarding Clinical Products and Consultative services.

  • Presentations: Prepare and deliver promotional presentations.

  • Communication: Communicate directly with clients to foster trusting relationships.

  • Administrative Tasks: Undertake administrative tasks to ensure efficient departmental coordination.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a market manager or in a similar role.

  • Multitasking: Demonstrable ability to multitask and adhere to deadlines.

  • Market Research: Familiarity with market research techniques and databases.

  • Software Skills: Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Salesforce, marketing computer software, and online applications (Definitive Healthcare…)

  • Communication: Excellent communication and people skills.

  • Education: BA in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
