We’re on the search for our next generation of Business Analysts, to join our Pricing and Risk Teams. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure across a fast-paced, high-growth business landscape.

What do the team do?  

• We deliver critical enhancements and projects across Trading, Treasury and Business. From tech features on our award-winning platform, to new partnerships and products that are central to the company’s success.  

 
What will you learn?  

• You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects at different stages of delivery.  From important small changes, to supporting flagship programmes that have a huge impact on the way we work.    
• Effectively communicate and manage business analysis tasks day-to-day.  
• Defining and designing business wants and needs;  
• Creating business & technical requirements;  
• Writing detailed business documentation;
• Learn about risk and pricing across all asset classes;
• Agile project methodologies and best practices;
• Managing connected risks and evolving issues;  
• Working with tech developers, stakeholders, project managers, testers, and other colleagues from across the business;  

Who are we looking for?

• Great communication skills and enjoy working with other people
• Degree classification - minimum 2:1
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• A keen interest in Tech and Financial Services.
