More about the role

This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as an eCommerce D2C Intern, being part of the D2C eCommerce team​ in Eindhoven with Signify.

  • Support day-to-day eCommerce operations, including inventory checks and order monitoring across D2C platforms.

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including promotional setup, content coordination, and performance tracking.

  • Collaborate on the category management team to optimize product assortment, pricing, and merchandising strategies.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects aimed at improving the customer journey, website functionality, and overall eCommerce performance.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in the D2C space.

More about you

While we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, Sales, or a related field.

  • Strong interest in digital commerce, online retail, and consumer behaviours.

  • Basic understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital marketing concepts is a plus.

  • Comfortable working with data and tools like Excel or Google Sheets; attention to detail is key.

  • Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • You are available to do an internship for at least 6 months in our Signify office in Eindhoven (including one day a week in our office in Amsterdam).

Notes

  • EU students: To be considered for this internship, you need to be registered as a student during the entire internship period. Formal documentation of this may be requested at any time.

  • Non-EU students in Dutch Universities: You need to be registered as a student, and your university needs to sign the Nuffic Agreement. The internship needs to be a compulsory part of your studies (receive ECTS in turn). In case of non-compulsory internship, you need to have a letter from the university in which it states that your internship contributes to your personal development, what your learning goals are, and what tasks you will undertake during your internship. The letter has to be signed and stamped by your university.
