We are looking for YOU as Process Engineer Rubber Technology (m/f/d)  for our location in Mühlhausen.
 

These challenges await you:

• You manage the industrialization of new series projects, ensuring compliance with standards and efficiency targets.

• You oversee the introduction of new production equipment, from supplier coordination to in-house validation.

• You lead process improvements in rubber and plastic extrusion, including sub-processes like vulcanization and yarning.

• You monitor production KPIs (OEE, quality, efficiency) and implement actions for continuous improvement.

• You support assembly processes such as welding, crimping, bending, and heat treatment.

• You create and implement process standards while ensuring safety and environmental compliance.

• You train and support production technicians, contributing to problem-solving and daily operations.

You inspire us with that:

• You are currently completing or have completed a university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in engineering, natural sciences, or a related field

• You have a good command of both English and German

• You have knowledge of quality tools, including statistical analysis, capability assessments, and Design of Experiments (DOE)

• You are familiar with or have had exposure to PFMEA construction

• You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively and convey ideas persuasively

• You are organised and able to plan, prioritize and present information clearly

• You are willing and able to travel as required
