Job Description
The Opportunity:
Saint Luke’s Hospital in Kansas City is seeking a Lead Materials Associate Procedural to join our team. This position will be responsible for the entire supply chain flow for designated areas within procedural unit(s) of the hospital, including the OR, CV Services Lab, and /or IR. They will collaborate with physicians, suppliers, nursing, contracting and the entire Saint Luke’s Health System supply chain to ensure all supply related elements are proactively managed for procedures.
The Work:
Responsible for metro Laboratories and SLN Interventional Radiology Laboratory inventory supply management and distribution.
Responsible for equipment and medical supply sterilization reprocessing
Collaborates with physicians, CV Clinical Supervisors and their Leads, and vendors on product reviews and incorporation of new products into inventory systems.
Maintains close working relationship with CV Services Lab Manager, Medical Directors.
This position shares responsibility for managing certain non-clinical aspects of department or unit operations
Developing and maintaining forms, formatting and maintaining spreadsheets and providing telephone and administrative support to the CV Services Lab Managers and Supervisors.
Shift Details:
Monday through Friday
7:00AM – 3:30 PM
