The Project Operations Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day coordination of operational activities and working with all functional departments in support of DataOne’s mission.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Initiate awarded projects via building projects, processing change orders and generating project invoices
• Monitor project build queue/emails and take appropriate action (generate invoice, process approved change order, build projects, close projects, etc.)
• Build baseline budgets, billing schedules, installments and project milestones based on project-specific scoping docs and quotes
• Working with team leaders, managers and department heads to learn departmental needs and goals
• Validate and take action on project data as it relates to open billing installments, budget accuracy, and systematic errors
• Assist other members of the Operations Team (Travel/Expense, Product Orders, and Procurement) as needed
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
• Contribute to operations documents/procedures.

Experience Required:

• Knowledgeable in Excel and other Microsoft tools (SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
• Must be able to function independently in a responsive, timely and organized manner
• Must possess well-developed communication and customer relationship skills
• Must be a team-oriented person with the ability to interface with multiple work groups in an effective manner.
