  • Experience with SAP EWM development/deployment
  • Partner with key business stakeholders to understand business goals and help identify IT solutions
  • Support IT team during design, build and proof of concept demos
  • Monitor and track system efficiency, adoption & implementation of tool/functionality to look for improvement opportunities
  • Review modification requests within PMO & ensure the requests are unique, efficient and do not create additional work for the sales & customer service teams
  • Create current and future state process maps
  • Translate business requirements to technical team and ensure business requirements are met within the technical specification
  • Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions/provide recommendations based on the same
  • Lead and mentor team of developers
  • Ability to evaluate tools and create recommendations based on holistic needs and functions
  • Understand complex business processes and recommend improvements available through technical solutions

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors or other advanced degree required
  • Experience managing global, cross-functional initiatives
  • Experience within a manufacturing/distribution environment in an IT support capacity
  • Min of 8 years experience within a global business environment
  • Contract negotiation
  • High energy, self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with diverse remote teams, managing through a matrix structure, and will require strong analytical skills, process & project management, combined with well-developed team leadership and influencing skills.
  • Experience with other WMS system (Blue Yonder, Manhattan, etc) implementations a plus
  • Agile methodology experience preferred
  • Proven track record in planning, organizing and leading cross-functional projects
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including preparation and delivery of executive-level presentations
  • Proven analytical, problem-solving and process management skills
  • Demonstrated tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement in process and ability to achieve organizational goals
