Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Lead Systems Integration Specialist to join our dynamic team in Huntsville, AL.

This position will lead the implementation and daily execution of the Cribmaster system for Huntsville, AL.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads determination of business information requirements and coordinates change activities at an enterprise level.

  • Leads development and implementation of business architecture based upon information requirements.

  • Develops data linkages, updates and monitors data and related policies, and performs quality control actions relating to business information.

  • Develops, integrates, standardizes, governs, and enhances information dashboards and reports.

  • Leads development, execution of system readiness testing.

  • Administers and monitors systems post-implementation.

  • Leads project management activities.

  • Leads system changes and integration efforts at an enterprise level.

  • Leads delivery of end-user support to include immediate and forward thinking system/data guidance, FAQ management, issue analysis, and training design and delivery.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.  “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.  

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 3+ years’ experience in systems integration

  • 3+ years’ experience in applying continuous improvement tools and techniques

  • Experience creating and delivering presentations

  • Experience using professional written and verbal communication skills to achieve deliverables

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • Experience in a system production, operations environment

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. 

Travel:

Position may require travel up to 10% of the time.

Summary pay range: USD $110,500 – $149,500
