Manage the delivery of Global Payroll Strategy project in assigned country with a particular focus on centralizing, streamlining, and simplifying processes and technology in your region. Responsible for the day-to-day oversight and delivery activities, ensuring that all workstreams are aligned to deliver the project scope and aligned to the overall project delivery plan.
Liaison point between project and Global Payroll Strategy Program with responsibility for reporting and escalating issues and exceptions.
Establishes and maintains the project governance to ensure adequate oversight of progress.
