Role Overview:

You'll be the go-to person for making things run smoothly at Siena, ensuring every department can work better, smarter, and faster. From crafting employee and customer onboarding experiences to leading automation initiatives, your role is about making our operations as efficient and effective as possible.

What You'll Do at Siena

  • Operational Excellence: Work closely with every department to understand their unique challenges and opportunities, helping them streamline their workflows and processes.

  • Automation Initiatives: Identify tasks that can be automated to save time and reduce errors. Your role will involve leveraging technology, and familiarity with APIs, SQL, and AI will be a big plus.

  • Creating Onboarding Journeys: Design and implement onboarding processes that ensure both new hires and customers feel welcomed, informed, and ready to engage with our products and services from day one.

  • Process Development: Build new processes that support our growing needs, and continuously review and refine existing ones to ensure they're as lean and efficient as possible.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a facilitator and collaborator, enabling teams across Siena to achieve their goals more effectively through improved processes and automation.

Who You Are:

  • A proactive problem-solver who enjoys figuring out how to make things work better.

  • Someone who loves working with people across different teams, understanding their needs, and finding ways to help them succeed.

  • Comfortable with technology, especially if you've had hands-on experience with APIs, SQL, or have dabbled in AI. While a technical background isn't a must, it's highly beneficial.

  • A clear communicator who can translate complex processes into simple steps that everyone can understand and follow.

  • Detail-oriented, especially when it comes to implementing new processes and ensuring they're followed correctly.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a fast-paced or tech-driven environment, where you've had to adapt and learn quickly.

  • Any experience with project management tools or methodologies that help teams stay on track and in sync.

You Shouldn't Apply If

  • You prefer working in isolation rather than collaborating with diverse teams.

  • You're not keen on the idea of juggling multiple projects and priorities.

  • Rapid changes and a fast-paced environment feel overwhelming rather than exciting to you.

  • You're not interested in diving into the details to understand and improve processes.

  • The thought of learning and applying new technologies to solve problems doesn't excite you.

This role is all about making our operations run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, enabling everyone at Siena to do their best work. If you're excited about the idea of being at the heart of our operations, streamlining processes, and introducing smart automations, we'd love to have you on board.
