Radiance Technologies, a rapidly growing employee-owned company, is seeking a Senior Logistics Specialist. This position requires the following:

• Knowledgeable in Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS) and Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A)

• Maintain accurate records of inventory, equipment status, and fielding activities

• Conduct monthly and/or quarterly inventories of sensitive items

• Oversee the acquisition, storage, and distribution of equipment/government property

• Collect and analyze data related to logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory, and supply chain management

• Develop and implement logistics plans and strategies to support operational goals

• Requisition supplies/equipment, schedule and track shipments ensuring timely delivery and receipt of goods

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational policies and procedures

• Knowledge of material release staffing process, or provisioning

• Provide logistics documentation support IAW applicable regulations

• Coordination for product and logistics support between other Project Offices or supporting agencies

• Receive orders, pull/kit parts and components, prepare items for packaging and shipping

• Provide warehouse and inventory support including the generation of inventory lists, bills of materials, and availability to support other warehouse personnel

• Assist in the tracking of end-to-end supply chain requirements

• Assist in coordinating system or part returns, status of repair information, serviceability records, and reliability data and documentation

• Provide sustainment inventory support for multiple, diverse systems

• Ability to assist with systems troubleshooting

Required Skills

• High School Diploma

• Ability to conduct inventories of a complex inventory and logistics system

• Ability to frequently lift and organize heavy objects

• Active Secret Clearance

• Ability to operate in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines

• Ability to multi-task and prioritize important, competing tasks and information

• Self-starter that needs little direction/guidance on what next steps are required with projects and demonstrate a strong attention to detail

Required Experience

• 5 years relevant experience

• Experience working in non-climate control buildings and/or outdoors

• Experience in procedure review

• Experience with Army Radar, EO/IR, and C4ISR systems
