Are you ready to take your intelligence career to the next level? Join our elite team as an Identity Intelligence (I2) Targeting Analyst at Fort Meade, MD, where you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the U.S. Army Counterintelligence Command (USACIC) and its subordinate regions.

A TS/SCI clearance is required but no Polygraph.

In this thrilling position, you’ll be at the heart of intelligence operations, crafting and delivering cutting-edge targeting intelligence products to support a national security mission and drives operational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Craft and coordinate comprehensive Identity Intelligence (I2) support packages to meet operational needs.
  • Develop intelligence products that illuminate threat networks and enhance situational understanding.
  • Support DoD, IA, and IC efforts to dismantle, disrupt, and defeat counterintelligence threat networks.
  • Integrate biographic, biometric, contextual, and behavioral information to counterintelligence identities of interest.
  • Collaborate with various intelligence and operational teams to ensure comprehensive support.

Qualifications:

  • 10 years relevant experience with a Bachelor’s degree OR 14 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated experience of ODNI guidance regarding analysis and assessment production (ICD 203, 206, & 208).
  • Experience with identity intelligence and targeting methodologies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the Army Counterintelligence Investigative Process
  • TS/SCI clearance, no polygraph required 

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting military intelligence units.
  • Familiarity with USACIC operations and procedures.
  • Experience with Open Source Tradecraft and Tools  
  • Proficiency in relevant analytical tools and software.

This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$60,100 - $123,300
