We are looking for experienced, innovative and motivated IT Specialists to support enablement EUCOM’s mission objectives.

What You’ll Get to Do:

CACI has an excellent opportunity for an experienced, self-directed, DevSecOps practioner and leader. This position is in support of a Department of Defense (DoD) organization, US EUCOM located OCONUS in Stuttgart, Germany. This position is required to travel OCONUS.

EUCOM’s Knowledge Management (ECKM) division seeks to develop KM solutions using agile methodology embodying best UI/UX principles. The ECKM DevSecOps Manager works with the Scrum team and infrastructure engineers to support and improve existing customer capabilities. They administer DevSecOps archictures and work closely with development teams on implementation and maintenance of Cloud PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, IaC, and CI/CD environments.

More About the Role:

The successful candidate must be able to communicate clearly and succinctly both written and orally, and present products and ideas in a business-like manner. The candidate will be required to work in dynamic fast paced environments that require team interaction and coordination of efforts. The candidate must be experienced in interfacing with both client managers and system users.

The ECKM DevSecOps Manager provides expert guidance to development teams on designing and deploying applications that integrate seamlessly into a DevSecOps methodology and provide frictionless continuous integration and delivery. The ECKM DevSecOps Manager will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and oversight to the development staff and infrastructure administrators.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

• Currently hold an adjudicated Top Secret/SCI Clearance and be able to maintain

• Must meet TESA requirements

• BA/BS + 5 years recent specialized or AA/AS +7 years recent specialized or a major cert +9 years recent specialized or 11 years of recent specialized experience

• DoD 8570 Baseline Certification, e.g. CompTIA Security + (IAT Level II or greater)

• DoD 8570 Computing Environment Certification (Kubernetes, Azure, AWS, GitHub/Lab)

• Proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReST APIs, RDBMS, NoSQL

• Proficiency with front-end frameworks (Angular, Vue, React, Jersey)

• Strong working knowledge of development team practices and tools

• Strong working knowledge of Agile Scrum practices

• Strong working knowledge of containerization, orchestration, and optimization

• Strong understanding of modern architectural patterns and microservice design

• Commitment to DevSecOps patterns and practices, including SIEM/SOAR integration

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills

• Effective interpersonal and relationship-building skills

• Adaptable to changing circumstances and operational needs

• Travel may be required

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

• Working knowledge of GitHub Workflows, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and IaC capabilities

• Advanced experience with TypeScript , Angular, Vue, React, Node, Handlebars

• Experience with Node, Gulp, Grunt, ES6, SQL, PostgreSQL

• Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket)

• Experience with one or more of Azure Web Apps, Web Workers, Functions, AKS

• Understanding of Department of Defense Military standards

• Experience with DoD IT security requirements

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100 - 172,400 USD
