The site of Kanda based in Japan belongs to Power Division. We are looking for a VIE Injection Process Engineer for 24 months.

Your challenges?

You will play a key role in improving and stabilizing mass production injection activities in a growing industrial environment:

• Drive continuous improvement on mass production injection machines to reach performance and quality targets
   

• Improve productivity by reducing cycle times and changeover times through structured improvement actions
   

• Analyze technical issues related to injection machines and molds, and support production teams with solutions
   

• Work closely with automation and digitalization teams to improve machine data tracking, energy monitoring, and shop-floor tools
   

• Support industrialization activities by organizing and following trials for new molds directly on the production floor
   

• Ensure a strong link between daily production issues and long-term process improvements
   

• Contribute to maintaining production performance while supporting the deployment of new production lines

 Let’s talk about you…

• You hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field

• You already have experience in injection molding, manufacturing processes, or continuous improvement projects You are fluent in English

• You have strong communication skills and an international mindset

• You are open-minded and curious about new cultures and new ways of working and thinking

• You are humble, a good listener, and maintain a positive, professional attitude

• You demonstrate diplomacy and can work effectively with diverse teams Knowledge of automation systems, digitalization, or lean manufacturing is a plus
