Job Description

  • Develop and maintain the incident and loss management regulation.
  • Maintain the bank wide end-to-end Incident & Loss, Fact Finding and BCM activities. 
  • Provide data quality assurance (QA) to incident and loss data.
  • Track Incident action plans to closure.
  • Continuous improvement of incident data quality, to ensure business value of reporting.
  • Fulfill the BOT Loss Data Pooling requirement and BOT Operational Risk Management Guidelines.
  • Execute on regulatory reporting requirements, including quarterly BOT loss data pooling, quarterly fraudulent transactions for BOT, loss by business Lines for BOT audit and notification to BOT of significant incidents.
  • Provide data preparation for management reporting, including RMC report for the Risk Management Committee.
  • Ensure Risk Culture are well communicate and support Risk Culture Activities.
  • Able to manage and response on Incident management and Crisis Management activities. E.g. Set up and orchestrate war room.
  • Able to conduct walkthrough exercise and conduct table top exercise as per risk based scenario.
  • Conduct fact finding process for forensic and action plan are well implemented.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's or master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Risk Management, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of work experience in Operational Risk Management, incident and loss management, and problem management, operational forensic and fact finding, and Business continuity management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skill
  • Excellent stakeholder management
  • Able to use Copilot, PowerAutomation, PowerApp, PowerBi as a foundation level
  • Relevant banking background will be an advantage, experience with technology related incidents will be an advantage
  • Good command of English is a plus
