As a Technical Sourcer at ADI, you'll play a pivotal role in identifying and engaging exceptional candidates, helping us drive innovation and shape the future of technology.
What You’ll Be Doing
Building and implementing sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Developing talent pipelines and executing tactical research, referral generation, and sourcing campaigns.
Finding and engaging active/passive candidates through various channels, while adopting alternative search techniques.
Collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to optimize sourcing efforts using data insights.
Leveraging our ATS to manage and engage talent pools of qualified candidates.
Implementing modern sourcing and recruiting methods to stay ahead in the competitive hiring landscape.
Use creative and innovative techniques to identify top-tier candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking.
What You'll Need
3+ years of experience in agency and/or in-house sourcing roles, focusing on top-tier talent in Tech firms.
A deep understanding of the software engineering hiring landscape and the complexities of global talent markets.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates effectively at all stages of the recruitment process.
A results-driven mindset with proven experience sourcing high-caliber talent at scale.
Strong organizational skills to prioritize and take action amidst competing demands.
A passion for problem-solving and the ability to leverage data to make strategic and tactical decisions.
