Job Summary
Provide comprehensive support for new product setup, price updates and ad hoc reports. Resolve moderately complex customer issues. Address complex sku system dependencies and ensure accurate data entry.
Responsibilities
• Provides day-to-day support for data processing, case management and service bundling.
• Prepares and maintains reports.
• Setup and maintain services list prices for WW and regional.
• Helps in solving moderately complex data issues and proactively follows up to support stakeholders.
• Ensures accurate documentation and record maintenance to support overall services operations.
• Communicates effectively with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develops a strong understanding of the company's products or services to answer stakeholder queries effectively.
• Assists in training and onboarding new team members, helping them understand processes and tools.
Education & Experience Recommended
• High School Diploma and University Graduate.
• Typically has 6-8 years of related work experience, preferably familiar with SAP.
