Lime is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager to join our Street Operations team, focusing on labor pricing and efficiency. In this critical role, reporting to the Director of Street Operations, you'll lead global initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include refining safety and quality enhancing strategies, optimizing the battery swaps in urban areas by promoting sustainable operational vehicles, and collaborating with product and hardware teams to improve charging infrastructure in cities we serve.

Our goal is to help Local operators keep the vehicles on the streets without the necessity of taking them back to the warehouse

The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and possess a strong ability in both immediate problem-solving and strategic planning. We're looking for someone passionate about growth and innovation, with a solid history of managing high-performing, inclusive teams internationally.
