Position Summary...

What you'll do...

 MUST HAVE COMPLETED A SUMMER 2024 WALMART OR SAM'S CLUB INTERNSHIP TO BE ELIGIBLE

Manages innovation designs and solutions for defined requirements by researching solution options ; designing and developing solutions within structured options; researching and recommending broader solutions to ensure optimized initiatives ; analyzing initiative results and providing recommendations; presenting recommendations to leadership; and executing the implementation of designs and solutions.
 Manages small-scale innovation projects or project workstreams by collecting and determining requirements of projects and innovation opportunities; determining deliverable needs; gaining buy-in on deliverable requirements; ensuring deliverables are completed and meet project requirements; reviewing and analyzing key performance indicators; gathering input from project teams and senior management; identifying risks and communicating risks to the project team and leadership; and consolidating project information along with providing an overview to leadership.
 Consults with internal organizations on strategic initiatives by developing high-level project plans to achieve strategic goals ; prioritizing and executing work streams within corporate strategies; integrating and prioritizing timelines, tasks, analysis, and team assignments; and ensuring proper planning, testing, and delivery of high-level strategic initiatives.
 Identifies and evaluates tactical solutions by leveraging cross-functional team processes to maximize results of current systems and processes; recommending, developing, testing, and modifying current processes; and implementing new procedures and systems.
 Develops, evaluates, and implements change initiatives by validating the value and priority of the initiative; facilitating project plans; adjusting approaches; and overseeing project management from pilot to the execution stage. Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting continuous learning. Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00-$180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
