Maitrise en didactique du français langue seconde ou dans un domaine pertinent à l’enseignement du français langue seconde. Deux ans d’expérience de l’enseignement du FLS au niveau universitaire, ou équivalent. Familiarité avec des logiciels et la technologie pertinente pour l’enseignement des cours de français langue seconde. Connaissance de la pédagogie de la prononciation en français langue seconde démontrée par le CV. Tout professeur ayant enseigné un cours FLS/ESL à l'ILOB avant le 1er janvier 2018 est considéré comme répondant à l'exigence de diplôme.
