Responsibilities As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk. Your day to day activities will involve driving profitability and continued success by managing service quality and cost, leading delivery, and proactively supporting sales through innovative solutions and delivery excellence. You are expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform, make team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you are expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Development is required. Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud is recommended.
Develop and implement innovative strategies to optimize project delivery
Lead and mentor a team of technology professionals
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project outcomes
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
Continuously improve delivery processes and methodologies

Build, configure and test packaged software & Software as a Service (SaaS) products
Develop and test new components or enhancements
Use declarative features to develop functionality where applicable
Provide primary support for application releases into production, including deployment plan and schedule

Expert proficiency in SAP ABAP Development

A minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant related skills
Bachelor's Degree
