Summary: As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build, and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects and providing technical guidance to the team. Your typical day will involve collaborating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and overseeing the development and implementation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Lead the design, development, and implementation of applications. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team. - Ensure the successful delivery of projects within the defined timelines and budget. - Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards. - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and bugs. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. - Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices. - Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of applications. - Prepare technical documentation and user manuals. - Conduct training sessions for end-users. - Assist in the testing and quality assurance of applications. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Application Express (APEX). Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Application Express (APEX). - Strong understanding of database concepts and SQL. - Experience in designing and developing web applications using Oracle APEX. - Knowledge of Oracle database and PL/SQL programming. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Oracle Forms and Reports. - Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. - Experience with version control systems such as Git. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Oracle Application Express (APEX). - This position is based at our Pune office. - A minimum of 15 years of full-time education is required.
