What You Will Do

As a Data Integration Analyst, you’ll play an important role in supporting and growing our data warehouse, as well as assisting with managing multiple application databases. Working closely with experienced engineers, you’ll help ensure our data systems run smoothly and efficiently, while learning about new tools and technologies. You will be involved in the design and maintenance of data solutions and contribute to our ongoing transition to cloud infrastructure. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to grow their skills in data management and warehousing.

The role reports to the Manager-Data Integration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions that integrate systems across various platforms and environments.

• Help create and manage the data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy and flow.

• Monitor the performance of the data warehouse and business intelligence systems, troubleshooting issues and performing routine maintenance to ensure smooth operation.

• Support and maintain user connectivity, while ensuring data security and integrity.

• Collaborate with team members to break down large data challenges into smaller, manageable tasks.

• Participate in the transition of data systems from on-premise to cloud infrastructure.

• Conduct ad-hoc data analysis and generate reports to assist stakeholders in making informed business decisions.

• Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while continuously looking for ways to improve data processes.

• Participate in an on-call rotation and cross functional sustainment duties with the team

Required Qualifications & Skills

• High level experience with data analysis tools and SQL for querying databases.

• Experience with Microsoft tools: SQL Server, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for managing and reporting on data.

• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.

• Experience or exposure to data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes (formal education or hands-on learning is acceptable).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• A passion for continuously improving processes and learning new data technologies and tools.

• Ability to think critically and solve problems creatively in a dynamic environment.

• Attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of Python for automating tasks or data manipulation.

• Exposure to cloud-based data solutions (such as Azure, AWS, or Snowflake) or an eagerness to learn these platforms.

• Experience or interest in data warehousing and business intelligence systems.

The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
