Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop visually appealing and effective PowerPoint presentations tailored to the needs of executive committees and other key audiences.
  • Analyze and synthesize large volumes of data, converting it into comprehensible visualizations using Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Qlik, or other data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate closely with the BU Director and cross-functional teams to understand presentation goals and expectations, ensuring alignment with specific audiences.
  • Create impactful charts, tables, and infographics to facilitate the understanding of complex data and enhance the visual narrative.
  • Ensure all presentations align with corporate identity and brand standards.
  • Stay updated on best practices in presentation design and data visualization trends.
  • Prepare and edit content in English and French, adapting language and style to the audience and context.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and confidential documents.
  • Provide support to both external and internal clients of the company.
  • Collaborate on internal projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance, data analysis, related fields, communications, or a similar role.
  • Previous experience in financial and business data analysis and creating presentations for executive committees or high-level audiences.
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; good knowledge of data visualization software (Power BI/Qlik).
  • Analytical skills: data analysis, interpretation, visualization, and dashboard/KPI management.
  • Proficiency in English and French, both written and spoken (Cambridge level C1 or C2).
  • Ability to analyze complex data and present it clearly and effectively.
  • Creative approach with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
  • Proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Creativity and proactivity in contributing innovative ideas and practical solutions.
  • Graphic design experience is a plus.
  • High discretion and the ability to handle confidential information.
