Role: Global Operations Director
Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Remote or Hybrid working in our London offices)
This role partners with the Global Program Director to drive revenue, margin, and content KPIs, ensuring high client satisfaction. The role focuses on designing, implementing and supporting operational improvements for efficient delivery and account operations while identifying operational gaps, risks, and opportunities to enhance studio performance. This role has a specific focus on ensuring operational and delivery excellence in the UK and EMEA studio
