As Account Manager, you will be responsible for working with clients to identify their needs and develop and implement both short and long-term strategic marketing plans to satisfy their goals. You will also manage the day-to-day activities of the accounts to which you are assigned including relationship management, project management, budget management, and internal communication with the team.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of the accounts to which you are assigned
  • Own client communication. Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • ork with clients to identify their needs and develop and implement both short and long-term strategic marketing plans to satisfy their objectives.
  • Develop and manage media budgets
  • Drive strategy and present new ideas and opportunities
  • Cross-sell additional services
  • Train team members on client and program nuances
  • Disseminate client needs to and work closely with service teams:
    • Paid media (Google, Bing, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, etc.)
    • Affiliate (PPL, Clicks)
    • Email
    • SEO
    • Organic Social Media Management
    • Content
    • Creative
    • Executive Team
  • Provide client revenue and gross margin projections to management
  • Effectively manage and track client budgets/billable hours, and bill in a timely manner
  • Run status calls and larger strategy meetings
  • Produce presentation materials and reporting metrics
  • Evaluate performance and discuss necessary changes with team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of work experience in advertising agencies with a concentration in the paid search and social media space
  • Proven experience developing strategies for paid search, email, SEO, content, and organic social.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Demonstrated understanding of direct marketing as it relates to paid search and social media
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several projects
  • Attention to detail
  • Good analytical and Excel and/or Tableau skills
  • Technically savvy
  • Willingness to travel to client meetings, as needed, up to 2x/month
The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 USD to $85,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
