Summary:
In this role, you will support the Assurance and Continuity Team. You will develop and manage operations and quality assurance of high impact sourcing programs that provide member value and drive contract commitment. You will promote internal and external program optimization to deliver member and supplier value (e.g., sales enablement, revenue growth, contract utilization).
Responsibilities:
Manage program’s overarching structure, processes, and procedures to accomplish objectives.
Develop promotional materials and training for programs. Train internal and external stakeholders on program components.
Support contracting teams to negotiate contracts, drive contract utilization, implement, and onboard members into key programs.
Identify member and supplier targets for new business via outreach; researches and identifies opportunities for new value propositions and new capabilities.
Manage member and supplier issues, adjustments, and ad hoc requests.
Schedule and participate in periodic business reviews with key suppliers, distributors, and members.
Partner with management to facilitate council and panel meetings to gather member feedback, contracting decisions, best practices, and provide direction for program strategies.
Establish and track program success metrics and deliverables.
Monitor program goal achievement (e.g., financial incentives, participation, contract utilization, signup).
Serve as an operational liaison to field questions from internal and external stakeholders for sales opportunities and communicating program impacts.
Track program revenue and sales and conduct market-based analysis to identify cost savings for members to convert business to Vizient programs.
Qualifications:
Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience in healthcare or supply chain required.
Ability to translate business needs into innovative, actionable plans and new service offerings that advance the business forward.
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required.
Experience in a GPO environment preferred.
Excellent verbal, written presentation skills.
Willingness to travel.
Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $88,900.00 to $146,700.00.This position is also incentive eligible.
