What You’ll Be Doing?

• Ability to write, structure and present effective process documentation including business requirement documents
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of process improvements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in process improvement.

What You’ll Bring?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement, business analysis or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in banking sector is a plus.
