A Day in the Life

Responsibilities:

• Support sales admin on quotations, invitation to quote, documents filing for audit (sample feedback/training record/tenders/quotations)
• Update loan request on system for customers‘ stock
• Assist and update marketing storage room/equipment tracking record
• Support and prepare for the pre-marketing events with marketing team.

Requirements:

• Target Year 1 - 3 undergraduate student. Majoring in science, engineering, or a related field, preferably with a focus in biotechnology or biomedical engineering.
• Keen on Medical Device industry; willing to work in hospital environment and be under pressure
• Willing to learn
• Good communication
• Good at using MS Office (e.g. basic knowledge in Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
