THE WORK

Are you that person who, during a lecture on consumer behavior, already thinks about how to turn those insights into a campaign? Or who, while discussing business strategy, instantly visualizes how a brand could tell its story? You probably see connections everywhere: between psychology and branding, data and creativity, strategy and design.

Maybe you study something like consumer psychology, (persuasive) communication, neuroeconomics, business administration, marketing, communication, design, or creative business. Or maybe not, maybe you study economics but are fascinated by why some brands just work. Either way, you love bridging the gap between creative ideas and real-world impact.

If that sounds like you, you might be the creative working intern we’re looking for.

Team
You’ll join the Creative team within the Marketing Practice at Accenture Song.
This team builds relevant brands and designs effective campaigns by creating impactful ideas and producing content for all kinds of channels.

They work with leading brands (both B2C and B2B) across industries like energy, mobility, travel, and finance from established corporates to international brands.

Within the team you’ll collaborate with account colleagues (who manage clients and processes), strategists and creatives (who translate strategy into ideas), and designers (who bring those ideas to life visually). Together, you’ll work on creative concepts, campaigns, and design sprints.

Daily Tasks

Your main task will be working on your internship or graduation project related to branding, communication, creativity, or digital design — while getting hands-on experience in real client projects.

You can expect to:

  • Work on your own internship project

  • Gain real experience within a leading creative agency

  • Get guidance from experienced mentors in the creative team

  • Present your results to the team (and beyond!)

  • Explore different roles: creative, strategist, or designer within Accenture Song

Internship project

Your internship project should be linked to branding, communication and/or customer insights. We will work together to define a specific topic. It’s important to think of a topic that interests you!

We expect the following qualifications from an intern:

  • You are enrolled in a creative strategy, design, marketing, communication, media, or business-related study (HBO or university level)
