What you will do as a Finance & Operations Analyst:

  • Contract Compliance & Administration
    • Assist in the initiation and transition of new contracts, ensuring smooth onboarding 
    • Track project timelines and resources, ensuring financial accuracy and timekeeping compliance 
    • Collect and report on contract performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement 
  • Financial Operations 
    • Manage bill payments for operational expenses, including processing employee expense reports 
    • Provide administrative support for payroll operations, ensuring accuracy in payroll processing
    • Help develop and maintain invoice templates for corporate use
    • Assist with corporate tax management, including filing notices and resolving issues with tax departments
    • Collect and analyze financial data to support decision-making, including expense tracking and payroll metrics
  • Employee Support
    • Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and training to employees on our various internal platforms
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of timecards, providing support as needed
    • Collect and analyze data for internal reporting across different platforms and recommend improvements

Qualifications:

  • US Citizenship (the nature of our contracts requires all employees to be US citizens). 
  • BA/BS degree required. 
  • 2-5 years of relevant professional experience, Government Contracting experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and excel in a team environment.
  • Can navigate complex stakeholder environments and comfort with ambiguity. 
  • Enjoy working in a highly collaborative and fast-paced team environment. 
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and time management skills. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

$60,000$90,000 USD
