We’re Hiring for a Business Development Manager, National Accounts!
THE ROLE: The Business Development Manager, National Accounts will be responsible for in overseeing and optimizing our key client relationships. In this role, the incumbent will also focus is on ensuring exceptional service delivery, strategic growth, and fostering a collaborative environment. Client Relationship Management:
· Lead a team responsible for managing key client accounts.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic clients.
· Address client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction.
Strategic Planning and Execution:
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategies.
· Oversee execution, analysis, and optimization of account plans.
· Provide strategic insight to enhance clients’ programs.
Leadership and Mentorship:
· Guide and mentor account executives and representatives.
· Allocate new accounts and tasks to team members.
· Foster a positive team culture and encourage collaboration.
Goal Alignment and Performance Tracking:
· Monitor team performance and provide guidance when needed.
· Ensure that goals are aligned with organizational objectives.
· Prepare regular progress reports for stakeholders.
Adaptability and Problem-Solving:
· Thrive in a changing environment and adapt to new challenges.
· Proactively address obstacles and find effective solutions.
· Collaborate with colleagues to drive results.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven experience in account management or related roles.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
· Proficiency in office software (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Ability to lead and inspire a team.
· Bachelor’s degree in business or a relevant field.
Travel 50%
