This Practice Manager II will lead a team of fifteen Team Members supporting seven providers at a busy general Obstetrics and Gynecology practice located in the Schaefer Building, Dearborn.

Our ideal candidate will have high level, specific experience working directly with and supporting providers as well as leading a practice team of RNs, MAs and office assistants.

Scope of work

Supervise and train office support staff to ensure optimal patient process flow. Serve as a liaison between physicians and clinical staff in daily operations. Oversee charge processing, A/R follow up, cash processing, patient flow, maintenance of scheduling system and patient medical records. Develops and implements policies, process improvement and customer satisfaction initiatives.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience Required.
  • Bachelor's Degree Preferred.
  • 2 years of relevant, direct staff supervisory experience preferably in a customer-service or healthcare field Required.
  • A minimum of (2) years of relevant healthcare experience Preferred.
  • Experience utilizing an electronic health record system Preferred.
