As the Head of Strategy and Operations for South Africa, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our success in one of the most exciting markets. In this role, you will be the driving force behind key business functions like sales, finance, customer care, and operations. You will guide the ship, ensuring we operate seamlessly while focusing on profitability and operational efficiency.
Your deep understanding of financial management will see you take full ownership of the country’s P&L, balancing revenue growth with controlling expenses and maximizing margins. You will thrive on improving processes, optimizing operations, and ensuring that we're always ahead of the competition.

You will oversee the creation of annual budgets and operational plans, ensuring that our strategies are ambitious yet realistic. With an eye for detail, you will track financial performance, diving deep into reports to identify areas for improvement and innovation. You will also lead market strategies, keeping a close watch on industry trends and competitors to uncover new growth opportunities.
But it's not all numbers—at the heart of this role is people. You will be managing customer experience initiatives, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Additionally, your stakeholder relationships will be critical. From suppliers to distributors and telecom partners, you will be the face of the company, ensuring that we remain compliant with local regulations while also mitigating any potential risks before they escalate.

Are you the leader we’re looking for? You will need a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Operations, with an MBA or similar advanced degree as a major plus. With 8-10 years of leadership experience, ideally across multiple functions like operations, strategy, or business management, you will have a proven track record of success in P&L management and team leadership. And if you’ve thrived in a high-growth environment, even better.
