Industrial Engineer Supervisor – Istanbul

We are seeking a results-driven Industrial Engineer Supervisor to lead engineering initiatives across operations, drive process excellence, and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Lead engineering initiatives across operations, ensuring structured planning and on-time execution of projects and process rollouts
• Own project prioritization and calendar alignment based on operational and financial impact
• Track, analyze, and report key operational KPIs including productivity, labor efficiency, cost per piece, and service performance
• Conduct cost studies, labor planning, and volume forecasting to support budgeting, peak planning, and capacity alignment
• Analyze operational and financial performance trends, identify cost variances and performance gaps, and drive corrective actions based on data insights
• Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Account, and Marketing teams to align cost control, customer requirements, and growth-driven volume planning
• Standardize operational processes and support continuous improvement initiatives across facilities
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members, fostering accountability and a performance-driven culture

What You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Experience in industrial/method engineering, process implementation, or operational improvement
• Strong project coordination skills with the ability to manage timelines and prioritize multiple initiatives
• Exposure to team supervision or active involvement in developing team members
• Solid understanding of operational KPIs such as productivity, labor efficiency, cost per piece, and service performance
• Knowledge of cost analysis, labor planning, budgeting support, and operational forecasting
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret operational and financial data and translate insights into actionable outcomes
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with Operations, Finance, Account, and Marketing teams
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Clear communication, reporting, and presentation skills in English
• Located in or willing to relocate to Istanbul
