About the role
The Growth Marketing Specialist will play a key role in helping get more patients and families into the virtual doors of Equip by managing the day-to-day activities of our digital channels, website, and partnerships. They will support the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager in continued optimization of all growth marketing initiatives through data analysis and insights gathering, and make recommendations to continuously improve channel performance management and outcomes.
This person should have a foundational understanding of digital marketing, a bias towards action, and comfortability with marketing data. Strong project management skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders are a must.
