The Role

We are hiring a Part-Time Risk Operations Associate to join our growing team. Reporting to the Risk Operations Team Lead, the Risk Operations Associate will play a critical role in the onboarding process. The successful candidate will help protect the company and client by researching, analyzing and making a recommendation for incoming applications. This position is based in Minnesota.

Responsibilities include:

• Reviewing incoming applications for risk, information verification and/or technical error.

• Review all client updates prior to each shift

• Familiarize yourself with different workflows and application types

• Attend scheduled check-in meetings with team and/or Team Lead

• Assist with automation efforts 

• Other tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• 14-30 hours of availability per week. Evening and weekend shifts only

• Interest in quick fast-moving environment

• Team mindset and ability to make risk based decisions

• Ability to work in shifts (2 hour increments)

• Strong computer skills

• 14 weekend hours per month
