The GTM Excellence team leads an integrated Go-To-Market (GTM) process across Men’s, Women’s, Kids, and Jordan business units to “Win at the Moment of Choice” with our consumer. The person in this position will drive clarity, cultivate story-telling, and deliver GTM tools aligned with our Asia-Pacific/Latin America (APLA) prioritized Fields of Play that inspire, educate, and serve the APLA Sport Marketplace. This Marketplace consists of Geo/Territory MPU teammates and external Partners.

As the APLA GTM Excellence Operations Specialist your mission will be to maintain and deliver a best-in-class tools, communications, and reports across both digital content and physical samples. This includes but is not limited to: managing the flow of digital content from Global to GEO to territory, creating and managing in-season tools surrounding asset tracking and coverage, driving seasonal calendar and communications processes, as well as supporting creation and delivery of seasonal sell-in and sell-thru packages.

A self starting, motivated teammate that is able to engage cross functionally with key stakeholders to align and deliver premium tools, communications, and reporting to our Global, GEO, and Territory stakeholders.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Ensure that APLA GTM Excellence seasonal strategy and plans are performed efficiently and on-time.
•    Work with Global Go-to-Consumer Content teams to develop, maintain, and communicate seasonal vision and execution to internal upstream and downstream Marketplace Channels (MPU) teams
•    Support creation, and deployment of internal and external communication through Slack, E-Mail, and Campaign Monitor
•    Assist in the development and documentation of seasonal publishing standards and standard methods to optimize operations, communication, and use of guidelines for internal and external experiences
•    Own and develop AirTable tools for tracking GTME deliverables and Code Gates, and communicate those tools to cross-functional teams
Own Content Management and Execution for Global Geo Pivot (GGP) and Seasonal Partner Alignment (SPA)
•    Organize, communicate and deliver seasonal content to Territory teammates and Marketplace Channels partners through Nike.net
•    Create seasonal based lookbooks to support delivery of KIT (Keep it Tight) product for territory PGTC teams 
•    Audit content delivery from Global Teams and ensure that content is being organized and delivered efficiently to our territory teams
•    Provide succinct content delivery communication through the season in a timely manner
Own Seasonal Storytelling Opportunities and Process as it relates to Global Geo Pivot (GGP) and Get Ready Moment (GRM)
•    Upload and tag all APLA create customized seasonal assets into DOWNLOAD//Seasonal Assets and DOWNLOAD//Retailer Assets.
Sample Tracking for Geo: Provide updates, resolve issues, and communicate accordingly with those impacted
•    Pull and consolidate Global tracking reports across all business units from varied systems
•    Share updates to all Territories via email or Slack as needed throughout the season
Operations Reporting: Create and deliver a variety of reports to support seasonal execution
•    Share order and product attribute reports with cross-functional teams to support sample import
•    Consolidate information to support asset coverage reporting and projects, aligned to seasonal deliveries

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

You will be working with APLA Geo cross functional teammates in Merchandising and Operations, Marketing, and Marketplace to elevate our seasonal process. In addition you will be engaging with our Global Partner Go To Consumer teammates to ensure key deliverables and timelines are hit that enable our MPU teams to operate efficiently and effectively to give best-in-class tools

WHAT YOU BRING

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or closely related discipline 
  • 2+ years’ experience in related sales, marketing, or logistics
  • Knowledge of athletic industry and trends in the marketplace with an understanding of the competitive marketplace 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • Pro-active, excellent organizational skills 
  • Can operate autonomously 
  • Excellent team spirit 

Technical / Functional Skills

  • Project Management Tools: Microsoft Office, AirTable/SmartSheet, Miro
  • Creative Production/Development Tools: Adobe Suite, Keynote
  • Communication Tools: Campaign Monitor
  • Keynote/PowerPoint deck editing experience preferred
  • System knowledge – Tableau, SAP, AmberRoad
  • A self-starter mentality and be eager to drive and own end to end initiatives with results driven, forward thinking and proficient information seeking skills in a fast-paced environment.
