Ensure that HR and labor practices in Shanghai and Ganzhou are in full compliance with the EBA, Fair Work Act, and other relevant legislation.
Oversee the formulation of HR policies and procedures in Shanghai and Ganzhou in line and in compliance with changes in labor regulations and requirements.
Consult with and work closely with the functional/business leaders to build organizational capability and talent pipeline to meet current and future business needs.
