The Director, Office of the CTO (OCTO) Policy and Standards, leverages senior-level technology transformation, strategy, policy, and communication skills to deliver on a wide range of OCTO obligations in support of regulatory commitments for the world's leading global bank. It helps establish, manage, and socialize forward-looking technology processes and governance, including frequent work directly with regulators, for the fulfillment of Citi's regulatory commitments. Armed with an excellent understanding of the underlying business needs, latest technology trends and competitive imperatives in financial services, the successful candidate will hold strong perspectives on the strategic direction of the function. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate and influence, often at senior level internally, as well as externally.

Education: Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
