The Role & What You Will Be Doing 

The Core Labelling Strategy Intern is a member of the Global Labelling Centre of Excellence.

In this role the individual will be responsible for supporting core labelling processes across all regions and markets.

Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Core Labelling Strategy Intern role will make an impact: 

  • Supporting the review and update of Company Core Datasheet (CCDS) and the implementation thereof globally

  • Update common EU and US labelling documents for safety and non-safety related content changes    

  • Supporting the identification of potential content deviations of local labels from the CCDS

  • Review internal signals and Health Authority requests, e.g. PRAC updates

  • Support Core Strategy team to ensure compliance with document management requirements

  • Core Strategy document archiving

  • Oversight and coordination of incoming support requests for Core Strategy

  • Support the collation of metrics and reporting.

  • Support global efforts to improve labelling processes

  • Any other assigned duties as appropriate.

About Your Skills & Experience 

For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: 

  • Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English

  • IT literate with excellent proficiency in using MS Word, Excel, Power point, Visio

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • Previous experience of Regulatory Affairs, Document Management Systems and Regulatory Information Systems

  • Pharmacology and drug development insight

  • Analytical and critical thinking

  • The ability to influence effectively in a matrixed, cross functional team environment

  • Completed a minimum of their first university degree year and be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university in a life sciences degree course
