Join the 2025 FIS University Summer Internship Program!

As a 2025 FIS University Program Summer Intern, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, social events, professional development seminars and work alongside team mentors. This is a full-time (40hrs/week) paid internship that will begin on June 2, 2025 and conclude on August 8, 2025. 

About The Team 

Our Retail Digital team focuses on providing best-in-class online banking and mobile banking solutions.  We work with clients to build deeper relationships with their digital banking teams, gathering feedback from them to help align our teams with the bank goals and strategies.  Through these partnerships, our goal is to drive client satisfaction and loyalty to FIS.

What You Will Be Doing  

As a Business Analyst Intern, you will help provide analytical and strategic support to our Retail Digital client engagement team.  You may be asked to participate in client-facing calls to help collect feedback for necessary follow-up discussions.  You will drive the research to provide responses to our clients by engaging with other FIS resources.  In this role, you will also be asked to help prepare presentations for both internal and client-facing discussions. 

  • Gain a deep understanding of the Fintech industry and our digital banking solutions
  • Analyze data to identify business trends and help drive strategic planning
  • Prepare thoughtful PowerPoint presentations for internal and client discussions
  • Diligently research client concerns with internal resources
  • Maintain meticulous notes on client engagements
  • Update and maintain internal records and upline communication
  • May be engaged in client discussions regarding our digital solutions

What You Bring

  • Pursuing Bachelor’s degree in relevant field of study
  • Rising Senior (graduating December 2025 through May 2026)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Self-motivated and willingness to learn
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
