JR62964 SR ATSM SUPPLY OPERATIONS MGR, SIG

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Operations:

  • Function as a single point of contact for all subcons material management and execution excellence. 

  • Review and uploading WOS (Weekly of Supply) as per the receipt of subcon submission into SharePoint. 

  • Carryout the PO Management activities towards ensuring the subcon PO issuance alignments are inclined with the buy rule policies. 

  • Implement the operational efficiency strategies to ensure on time supply and call out shortage to close supply gap (If Any). 

  • Ensure the timely submission of expiring material information’s by Subcons into Material Claiming System. 

  • Oversee the tracking of monthly performance metrics and supplier evaluations. 

  • Drive weekly meetings with internal teams and subcons to discuss material supply and shortage.  

  • Ensure subcon supports our business with monthly passive order and expiry material survey related information 

Material Management and Supply Planning Role

  • Develop and ensure demand service level and safety stock attainment are met.

  • Build and develop materials-specific supply execution strategy and review accordingly to drive capacity readiness and resolution.

  • Perform demand-supply insight analysis to plan and forecast total material requirement and ensure optimal inventory positions.

  • Handle escalation process and be responsible for the resolution of supply constraints.

Collaborator Engagement & Business Partnering

  • Partner with cross-functional team such as Supply Chain, Factory Operations, Category Manager etc to design and implement new and incumbent supplier compliance assessments across business functions and geographic areas. and recommend effective controls based on those assessments.

  • Facilitate WOS review with collaborators.

  • Drive subcons and supplier accountability.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, or a related field

  • 8 ~10 years of supply chain related experience

  • Knowledgeable of procurement processes and systems (e.g., Ariba, SAP, source-to-pay processes) preferred

  • Proficiency in O365, Sharepoint, Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

  • Proficient in written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

  • Experience with semiconductor manufacturing in Asia or other non-US locations is desirable but not a must.

  • Proven experience working effectively in a matrixed, global organization
