We are looking for a skilled and motivated in-house lawyer to join our esteemed Legal Department at P&G as Junior Lawyer. Responsibilities:
Effectively manage judicial and administrative labor disputes, collaborating with external lawyers and law firms to develop and implement the most effective case management strategies
Provide expert legal advice and opinions on labor law matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies
Review and draft contracts and notifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, staying informed about changes in labor laws and regulations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing legal support and guidance on various business initiatives

Job Qualifications
A minimum of 2 years of experience in medium to large companies or reputable law firms, demonstrating a strong background in labor law
Proven ability to provide sound legal advice and opinions on complex labor law matters, with a focus on consultative and advisory services
Experience in managing judicial and administrative labor disputes, including oversight of external lawyers and law firms
Strong contract drafting and reviewing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential legal risks
Advanced or fluent English language proficiency, enabling effective communication and collaboration within a global organization
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide practical solutions
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in civil and corporate litigation, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape in multiple areas of law
Proficiency in Spanish language, allowing for effective communication with Spanish-speaking stakeholders
