We are looking for a skilled and motivated in-house lawyer to join our esteemed Legal Department at P&G as Junior Lawyer. Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage judicial and administrative labor disputes, collaborating with external lawyers and law firms to develop and implement the most effective case management strategies

• Provide expert legal advice and opinions on labor law matters, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and company policies

• Review and draft contracts and notifications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis, staying informed about changes in labor laws and regulations

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, providing legal support and guidance on various business initiatives

Job Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in medium to large companies or reputable law firms, demonstrating a strong background in labor law

• Proven ability to provide sound legal advice and opinions on complex labor law matters, with a focus on consultative and advisory services

• Experience in managing judicial and administrative labor disputes, including oversight of external lawyers and law firms

• Strong contract drafting and reviewing skills, with attention to detail and the ability to identify and mitigate potential legal risks

• Advanced or fluent English language proficiency, enabling effective communication and collaboration within a global organization

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex legal issues and provide practical solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in civil and corporate litigation, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the legal landscape in multiple areas of law

• Proficiency in Spanish language, allowing for effective communication with Spanish-speaking stakeholders
